Most startups are only scratching the surface of what AI can automate, here’s how you can use the current tools to maximize productivity at your company:
1. No writing code. Engineers should not be writing code. Agents can pick up tasks from your lists, create plans and build to pull requests with adversarial reviews and digital twin testing. Yes, this really works - although it will be a bumpy road.
2. No repetitive work. No more copy paste jobs in spreadsheets and the like. The computer control and browser use tools are good enough to automate all that work. Humans can edit and confirm but no more monotonous clicking around.
3. Internal Chat Agent. Setup an OpenClaw or Hermes agent with read access to your data sources and write access to just one room in your chat system. Then start asking it questions, e.g. how much revenue today?
